Kevin Sharkey

Kevin started his career with Grant Thornton in Birmingham auditing small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors. In 2006, he joined a medium-sized construction company in the West Midlands as Group Financial Director. Kevin founded KSA Associates in 2011 to provide small businesses with the best-practice financial management and part time Finance Director Services. KSA quickly build up a specialist niche within the recruitment sector acting for a number of temporary recruitment businesses across the Midlands as their part time FD. Kevin went on to jointly create Ezy Recruitment Solutions with Nathan Golby in 2015. He is married with two young children, is a keen Aston Villa supporter and enjoys running and playing golf.

Nathan has a broad background in running SME businesses, with experience in the Recruitment, Manufacturing, Import and Accounting sectors. Most recently Nathan has acted as a part-time outsourced Finance Director for a small portfolio of clients, mainly in the recruitment industry. Nathan is passionate about business strategy and learning news ways to improve on and streamline business processes. Nathan loves rugby, Thai food, travelling and is also a techno geek who can’t wait to get his hands on the latest gadget or app.

Alex has been in recruitment for over 10 years and has built and developed businesses in both permanent and temporary recruitment. He has the accolade of being the youngest Director in both of the country’s largest independently owned recruitment firms. Alex joined the business in 2016 to head up the Sales & Marketing department, being responsible for the businesses strategic growth and the development of the brand. He has a new baby on the way and also owns two dogs, Bruno, a Mastiff Great Dane cross who is scared of his own shadow and Tango, a Staffy Jack Russell cross who wants to fight the world, they are known as the real life Scooby and Scrappy Do!
